STLZ-3 Double Digital Electric Lift Asphalt Penetration Testing Apparatus (penetrometer) 1. Application: This apparatus is used for the penetration testing of asphalt. It is suitableto test the penetration of road petroleum asphalt, boiling liquid petroleum asphalt or emulsified asphalt evaporation residue. 2. Main structure: There is a cantilever support at the top part, to put thepin releaser. The releaser can control the falling of standard pin and blade. In testing, press the releaser start button, the bladecar fall freely. There is a displacement sensor at the top of the support, penetration value can be read from the panel directly, and the displacement precision is 0.01mm..The bottom part is consisted of the base. There are all kinds of electrical components inside the base. The panel is consisted of time digital display and electric switch. It can control the penetration time and the falling of standard pin and blade through the electrical switch accurately. there has three levelling wires at the bottom of the working station to adjust the levelling.On the base,there has a round working station to put the specimen. The station can be ascended and desended, to adjust the contact between pin head and specimen.The bas and cantilever support are fixed by a pillar.
